I've dealt with Crater Lake Ford (now Mazda) for almost 20 yrs. In 2005 I bought a used 2005 Ford Focus. I had all my service completed there. This was such a wonderful car, I kept it 19 1/2 year. Just what I was looking for since Ford doesn't make smaller cars anymore. More

Unfortunately I have to give this dealership at least one star because, to be honest, if I could I would give them a zero. We bought a VERY expensive car there and verbally agreed on a price. Unfortunately, my husband (who had a mutual friend with the sales manager, James B., who he thought was also a friend) trusted James and didn't check the paperwork with an eagle eye. If he had, he would have noticed that James increased the sales price $2,000 over what had been agreed on verbally. My husband learned a tough lesson there, but shame on James for being a snake in the grass and not honoring a "handshake agreement." We have had another negative experience with a Lithia-owned dealership (dishonest) and now this further punctuates our decision to make a concerted effort to NOT deal with a dealership owned by Lithia. Unfortunately, Lithia dominates the southern Oregon area, but we will drive as far away as we have to to buy our cars. I'm now looking at buying a 2024 vehicle and if I buy a Mazda, looks like my closest option is to drive to Eugene. More

Well started out. I was going to look at the 2014 Mazda 6 and when I went down there to go for a test drive it got sold out from underneath me to make up for it. The dealership hooked me up with a 2017 Mazda 3 and same color. Red my favorite color and and we settled on one one bank and then until that all the paperwork and then they got a hold of credit Union and got my payments even cheaper. So that was cool and nice. They'll just treated me like a decent person like I was family More
