Never buying a car or using service at crest ever again. Couldn’t even properly diagnose a fix for my car when going through warranty ended up screwing it up took over 3 weeks for a sunroof repair and very Couldn’t even properly diagnose a fix for my car when going through warranty ended up screwing it up took over 3 weeks for a sunroof repair and very poor or lack of communication.
