I leased a 2016 Cadillac CT6 and returned it with less than 35,000 miles after 39 months. The front tires had been replaced, the back tires weren't. I'm being charged over $1,700 for excess wear because the tread didn't match. Now mind you I took the car in to get the alignment redone twice in the last year, and Crest told me there was nothing wrong with the alignment, so the tires wore unevenly. This is my 4th lease car (1st through GM) I've never had a charge at the end of the lease until this ridiculousness. The car had issues from the beginning. When I first bought the car it was shifting rough in 1st gear When I took it back a service dept representative told me to "let you husband take the care out and really drive it". There were numerous noises and breakdowns that were never fixed, always told there was nothing wrong with the car even though friends would get in the car and ask what that noise is...I reiterate, steer clear of this dealership. Great Service Advisor I have been coming to Crest for Years. Bryan O. is my service advisor. Bryan continues to give me 5 star service. This morning my battery was dead. I have been coming to Crest for Years. Bryan O. is my service advisor. Bryan continues to give me 5 star service. This morning my battery was dead. He offered to send road side service but I was able to start the car after charging it for about an hour and drove into the dealership. Bryan immediately got me in and offered to drive me to work. I have never had to worry about my Escalade's service when I leave it in Bryan's care. The service performed by the service technicians has always been top notch. As far as that goes everyone at Crest has been great to work with. Tremendously Satisfied More
Terrible Service!!! I had a flat today in a DMV parking lot. I called Crest Cadillac to let them know I was on my way to get tire replaced and needed a loaner. I have r I had a flat today in a DMV parking lot. I called Crest Cadillac to let them know I was on my way to get tire replaced and needed a loaner. I have run flats and was told it was safe to drive on the flat. I was put in touch with a service guy named Bryan. Bryan told me not to bring my car in because he did not have my tire in stock and actually the tire was backordered from manufacturer. He also indicated that he was not going to authorize a loaner due to the extent of time it might take to get a loaner. This part I understood. What I did not understand was his unwillingness to help guide me through what to do. I asked him about a similar tire in another brand. He told me, “I don’t have any tires in your size in stock”! Really? In all of DFW not a single tire in my size? Then he proceeded to tell me to get a tire from Discount Tire! Unbelievably terrible service. Bryan could care less that I was stranded and did not know what to do about getting a tire. He was rude and very unprofessional. I asked to speak with manager but had to leave a message which was never returned. I will NEVER buy another car from Crest Cadillac!! More

I asked my Salesman about the squeaky brakes before I took it home, but was assured that the squealing would stop after a day or so. I took the vehicle home at night, so I didn't notice that my tires were bald until the next day. I had to take it back a couple of days later to get the tires replaced. I also asked them to check the brakes again, because the squealing was getting worse. Since then, I have been back a total of 3 times with no results. The Service Mgr was nice, but I have very little confidence that they put my vehicle through certification process or did any of the detailed inspections that I was promised. I am definitely not satisfied with the service or the results that I have received at the Crest Cadillac of Frisco. They have basically told me that there is nothing that they can do and that I have to live with the loud squealing that comes from my vehicle every time I stop (it sounds like a bus). Very unsatisfied, N. Taylor More

Bad Service from the Service Manager If you plan on getting decent service from Crest's service department, you need to buy the vehicle from them. I bought a used 2012 Escalade with 15k If you plan on getting decent service from Crest's service department, you need to buy the vehicle from them. I bought a used 2012 Escalade with 15k miles left on warranty and the truck needed a lot of work after I drove it for a few weeks. After my 10 visit of having to badger them to fix things under warranty, I still had not gotten my front struts replaced or a whistling sound coming from the engine. I would just get told that the struts have to be dripping onto the floor and it didn't matter that it was 90% leaked out all over the parts near by. They also kept saying they could not find the whistle sound even though I could here it with the radio on. I had to involve GM on the struts and they extended the warranty because Crest refused to do anything to help before the warranty was up. Right after the warranty was up, the whistled turned out to be a $500 oxygen sensor that Goodyear found and replaced. The Struts didn't fail 100% for several month after my warranty was up. I called GM first expecting a fight from Randy and Mary. One shock was 100% failed and the truck was un driveable because of the bounce created by the failure. Crest, after speaking to GM, agreed to replace the one for $100 and refused to fix the other. The Escalade would never drive correct with 1 new and one that was about to go out 100% in a month or 2. Randy agreed that was how close it was but he was absolutely not going to help me. I got back with GM and they said Crest was flat out not going to help, so I pleaded with them to help me on the labor and I would buy the part since I saw that 1 AC Delco Strut was $300 online. Randy/Mary came back and said they would give me a 20% discount on the already quoted $749 (one strut) The total came out to $716 so I can only assume they raised the price then gave 20%. Thanks for that. I do not feel like I was handled correctly but they are very satisfied and the BBB wasn't much help either. Randy or any service advisor never came out to talk to me on all the visits when I came to pick up my truck - Didn't want to explain why they were not going to help me for different items. My last visit to pay from the struts was no different. I gave my service advisor a zero on a hand help, and Randy appeared from no where to confront me on it. He said "Why did you give your service advisor a zero?" I said "I gave that zero to you, I didn't know I had a service advisor other than that" Randy then told me they don't deserve a zero. I explained why they do deserve one and he turned and walked off in a huff without saying good bye. I have never been screwed by such a prominent company like Crest and certainly never been treated like a second class citizen either. I am very disappointed and plan on telling as many people as possible for the way they handled everything. On the good side, I have friends that have paid full price for expensive cars from Crest and they are treated like royalty and given everything possible up and above the norm. I won't be one of those people, because Crest lost a customer for life because of the way they handled someone that bought one of their trucks used and just wanted that same level of service I assumed I would get from them. Randy was extremely unwelcoming and Mary hid from me the entire time and not once got involved even though GM told me to work with her directly. I would write a letter to the Owner but I have already heard that is a dead end as well. I guess Sewell is the only choice going forward... More
