No loaners available fit warranty work. Porter was suppose to come and get me Wednesday morning. I text Mike and left him a voicemail. Got no response. I had to take an Uber to get my car. When I got to dealership, I found out Mike was out of the office. The communication to come and get me fell through the cracks. I told service I should be compensated for the Uber fare. I was told they could not do that, but they would add a credit to my account for the Uber fare. I told them the credit should be more so they gave me a $50 credit. Should have procedure in place so this does not happen. More
