Sara the Service Advisor was excellent. However, the Manager, Dan, who is no longer there seemed to be at a lost for answers. The backup camera was replaced on an Encore GX 2020. I returned several times, before being asked to leave the car overnight. Sara was able to ask the Tech to request help from GM and explained to me the request should be answered within 24 hours. Crestmont did their very best to be responsive and Hannah, the service advisor, but they were understaffed and this was frustrating since I was without my truck for over a month. Did not wash car. The inspection report did not receive . Asked about was told I could download and print it out at home..
