Before I purchased this vehicle from Crevier MINI I cross shopped from another MINI store in the local area, but that store (South Bay MINI) wasn't good at all (or should I say very bad) in terms of customer service or experience. The general manager from that store (named MO) insisted or forced me to go with a payment method that I wasn't feeling comfortable with. I was pressured so I walked out from South Bay and never went back. In contrast, Brian from Crevier MINI was very flexible and professional in terms of payment options. From making payment to signing paperwork there was no pressure at all. Crevier MINI/BMW finance department manager KJ Avedian was also very professional and easy going. Unlike many other new car dealers that try to upsell or force consumers to purchase extended warranty, vehicle protection package, or any after-sale product etc., Crevier MINI/BMW did not try to do any of those at all. Usually what takes the most time during car buying is signing paperwork, but because Crevier MINI/BMW was efficient and didn’t waste any time upselling products that may be unnecessary or customer may not want, the whole process went smoothly and only took about 10 minutes or less. It was fast, smooth and easy. That's the reason why Crevier MINI earned my business. More
