I came to Crevier MINI for a look around. We wernt thinking of buying at that moment, but we were shopping around. We looked at a mini cooper S and it was so cute. Because we live in Irvine, we originally went to Irvine Mini (because they are close) to check out the new Mini Countryman...it was not a pleasant experience... my husband and I did not care for the salespeople there...they were not very friendly or helpful and acted like they were doing us a favor to give us information and let us take a test drive...the even gave us the wrong brochure. Then we went to Crevier and met Megan Lujan....We liked her immediately. She was friendly, very helpful and informative....and her enthusiasm for the Mini Cooper was infectious..She was great!!! We went to see her three times before we made up our mind and placed our order, she was always nice and she never acted like we were wasting her time, nor did she try to pressure us in any way. She also answered our e-mail question in a prompt, informative and friendly manner. When we made our decision, there was never any doubt that we would order my new car from Megan at Crevier. Buying a new car can be a stressful, unpleasant experience....but working with Megan was anxiety free and fun!!!...she made great suggestions for my order (the checkerboard interior!)..it was exciting!!! Megan was great about keeping us informed about my Mini's progress thru production etc.....She continued to answer our questions during the waiting period. My Mini showed up a couple of weeks early and Megan called us right away. We also worked with Anthony in finance...he too was wonderful to work, very friendly and helpful. Well I have my new red and black Mini Cooper Countryman and I LOVE IT. Working with Megan and Crevier was a delightful experience...I would not hesitate to recommend both to friends and family!!!! So I have had a MINI Cooper for almost 3 years and I just love the thing. My sister and her 3 yr old baby girl just moved in with me due to some hard times, not to mention I could also use the extra help. I love the thing. I noticed that my mini is a bit cramped when it comes to having a baby seat in there and an extra person traveling with me. I went out and explored me options. My heart kept on driving me back to the cooper. I stopped in to Crevier MINI and took a Countryman for a drive. I was in shock how much there identical but with so much extra room. Crevier gave me a great trade in on mine and I am still a proud owner of a MINI. Thank You Crevier MINI.. More

He took his time making sure he met the needs and concerns we had during our purchases. We really got the feeling that we would be taken care of by the Crevier dealership and service dept. In the future also. It was really nice to meet Al during our sales process as well. All the people that we worked with at Crevier truly gave a comforting feeling that we were making a right decision to do business with the dealership. BUYER BEWARE !!! CREVIER MINI ARE PRETENTIOUS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! You can definitely get a better deal from LONG BEACH MINI. First of all let me state that I really wanted to be a Crevier customer UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! You can definitely get a better deal from LONG BEACH MINI. First of all let me state that I really wanted to be a Crevier customer based on their reputation in Southern California. But I was quickly disillusioned trying to deal with these horrible, shady, scam artist that work for Crevier MINI. Kurt Larson and Peter Maldanado are the epitome of sleazy-car-salesmen and should be avoided at all costs. Let me explain.I started my MINI adventure by going on http://Edmunds.com, and built my MINI order which then is submitted to all local MINI Internet departments, and then the various dealers contact you if they have the car you want and will highlight various promos that attract you to their particular dealership. I chose Crevier based off of reviews on here, and made an appointment with Kurt Larson at first Kurt seemed really cool . He took me on an amazing test drive. He played up our similar interests, and I thought he was cool . . . Until it was time to work my deal. Because I have less than optimal credit he treated me like a criminal and made me feel very embarrassed about minor blemishes on my credit. He asked me to do very unconventional things prior to the finance department shopping my loan. Which is not a typical way to approach auto financing. I was putting $13,000.00 as a down payment. The deal should've been simple, the bank is in an equity position. So my father who had over twenty years as a manager of the country's largest Honda dealership, (but is currently suffering from terminal cancer), called to find out why he was approaching the deal in the way he was. He belittled my father and hung up on him. Kurt got angry that somebody with intimate car deal knowledge was questioning his unusual procedures. So, disappointed with their despicable customer service, I relent and try to work the deal with Long Beach MINI, who were really cool, offered the same percs, were very gracious at the opportunity to have my business, and said the deal was a no brainer and that they would have me financed by the afternoon. In the mean time I find out that the general manager of Crevier is a friend of the family and call him to share my complaint and find out why I was treated so bad. In the mean time Long Beach calls me back and tells me that I'm approved at 2.9% finance. So I text the GM at Crevier that I appreciate his concern but I am purchasing from Long Beach. He then contacts his MINI sales manager. So Peter Maldanado Sales Manager for Crevier MINI calls BMW FINANCE AND HAS MY DEAL TURNED AROUND as a favor!!! HE SABOTAGED MY FINANCE WITH ANOTHER DEALERSHIP BECAUSE CREVIER ARE THE LARGEST BMW DEALERSHIP AND HAVE THAT KIND OF PULL!! How down right rotten is that? They didn't want to work my deal, (suspecting that I wasn't legit) and when somebody else did, they used their might to sabotage my deal. Then he tried to sway me back saying he'll make up for it and get me financed. He then offered me a lesser car than Long Beach for $2000.00 more and 2 points higher interest. Crevier MINI are horrible and shady and will scam you backwards all the while pretending to be good Samaritans that live up to a legacy of the best customer service. Don't believe them! Do your homework and shop all MINI Dealerships by using http://Edmunds.com, most will give you free car washes, mats, keychains, and valve stem caps, and Long Beach will give you a serious discount, and will be honest with you. I've got the MINI of my dreams!! Screw you Crevier! More
HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER BUYING EXPERIENCE IN ALL MY 57 YRS. IT WAS EASY THEY STOOD BEHIND THE CAR THEY SOLD ME AND I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. I then went to Edmunds.com and Kelly Blue book for pricing information and dealer recommendations. Edmunds sent out an e-mail with my specifications to various dealers in a 500 mile radius of where I live. Mike from Crevier BMW sent me a short message stating that he had some Minis in which I might be interested. That started a very interesting and productive exchange of views and options. Mike was always courteous and fantastically prompt in his replies, even when I was a little obnoxious; he kept his cool. In short he provided me with all the information I requested, even sent pictures, and offered helpful suggestions. When we finally got down to a car that was CLOSE but not exactly what I had in mind, he smoothed out the differences, truthfully acknowledged the missing features I wanted and honestly explained the additional features which I DIDN'T WANT but which my wife loved and two months later still loves (It's her car. I just bought it.) When we finally agreed on the outline of a possible deal, my wife and I went to Crevier for a test drive. Everything was as Mike had described. There were no hassles and no surprises. Basically, we couldn't think of a reason NOT to buy the car (although I don't part with $32K easily). P.S. The whole thing took about two weeks and the deal was done before I started getting messages from other dealers. More
