My Review of Criswell Audi:
Criswell Audi of Annapolis is so wonderful to do business with that I am looking forward to my next experience with them. One would think I purchased a car with a statement like this, but I actually dealt with parts and service. The experience was amazing!

My introduction to Criswell Audi was through Donald Williams of the parts department. I live in Salisbury and was having a local oil change on Tuesday, when I was informed that a part had unexpectedly broken on my vehicle. The nearest dealer was Criswell Audi, so the repair facility contacted Donald. He wasted no time sending the part to Salisbury. The part was received the next day and my vehicle was ready for a special engagement in Annapolis on Thursday evening.

On Friday morning I went to Criswell Audi to see if they could check a factory recall I had received notice of. Dick Schiavone was the service consultant and was wonderful. I felt as though I had been a long time customer of the dealership, when in fact, this was my first experience. While waiting for the work to be completed, I wandered over to the R8’s to take photos. A sales consultant made sure to say you for visiting the dealership.

These are a sample of things that contributed to the overall experience. When I think of Criswell Audi of Annapolis, I think of FIRST CLASS and the best in customer service. Thank you for being a stand for excellence!!!

My Review of Criswell Audi:
The customer service at Criswell Audi is fantastic and I think Ray Johns is the best service consultant there. I was dissapointed that there was not a "loner" vehicle available when my car was in the shop for two days. This was out of Ray's control, so I don't blame him, but I would recommend having more cars available for customers when their car is in service for more more than a day. This is why my overall experience was rated as "Good" and not "Great." Price was N/A because the service was covered under warranty.

My Review of Criswell Audi:
The sales process was as painless as possible. Vance was very helpful and accommodating. David walked me through the financing piece of the transaction and the whole process was handled professionally and without delay. I had no intention of buying a car when I walked in - was only there to look. When I came in for my 5000 service Ray Johns worked with me and was wonderful. He got me in on a Saturday, and had the car done in an hour. I am now considering buying the extended service package, Audicare, based on my confidence in Ray and how helpful he was in getting me in and out.

My Review of Criswell Audi:
My overall experience was outstanding. This was my first service using Criswell, and I would highy recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. Mr. Johns was friendly, courteous, and accomodating. A loaner was provided per my request, the car was serviced on time, and two additional problems (a non-functioning speaker and alignment) were fixed without issue. I paid for the regular service when I purchased teh vehicle, and no additional charges were levied.

This is the 2nd vehicle purchased through this dealership. They are prompt, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to retain my business. The paperwork aspect of the purchase was effortless, and all things relating to the new vehicle purchase was an easy process. Vehicle was prepped and ready, as was the paperwork for the new car and vehicle trade-in.

My Review of Criswell Audi:
I went to the service department because my MMI cable connecting my iPhone to the MMI was no longer functioning properly. The staff was very courteous and prompt in troubleshooting the possible problem. They quickly determined that a new cable was needed, checked the new cable and were finished. They offered to give my car a wash, and I was out of there within 30 minutes!! If the troubleshooting had taken longer, they would have offered me a loaner car.

Very friendly and responsive to requests made. Quick to make an appointment and after the appointment the balance of tires was noted to have not been perfect, gave a loaner and repaired the problem the next day.
