my first visit for annual state inspection. waiting room was clean, service was completed in a reasonable time. when i retrieved my car, my driver's cushion was thrown in the passenger's seat and inspectio was clean, service was completed in a reasonable time. when i retrieved my car, my driver's cushion was thrown in the passenger's seat and inspection receipt left there. a perfect review would have included the cushion being replaced where it was found. customer service people were polite and efficient. This was my first experience of any kind with Criswell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I was immediately put at-ease seeing Dave and learning that his entire service team from Woodstock Garage had transferred t Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Dave and Amber took care of everything and I look forward to seeing them in the new CDJR service building. I am putting my confidence into this Criswell "relationship" to the extent that, while my Jeep was being serviced, I purchased a seven-year extended Elite Plus warranty. More
