I am very impressed by the speed at which I was taken care of. My first contact was a gentleman in sales who showed me where to pull into the service area and he was so friendly. Then I was greeted by an care of. My first contact was a gentleman in sales who showed me where to pull into the service area and he was so friendly. Then I was greeted by another friendly person, this time a lady. She also was friendly. She asked for my information and needs. After getting clarity as to why I was there, she directed me to a waiting area where I was treated to some delicious coffee while my car was being assessed. Very shortly, she returned to inform that a part was needed before they could address the issues so I rescheduled. This was a very positive experience, regardless. Looking forward to my return. More

When looking at scheduling service, I thought I'd see how Damion was doing. Although all his reviews are positive, I was surprised to see there is such a low number. But, I'm as guilty as the next guy. Anywa Damion was doing. Although all his reviews are positive, I was surprised to see there is such a low number. But, I'm as guilty as the next guy. Anyway, Damion is an EXCELLENT member of your sales staff. Not your typical "sales pressure" kind of guy. He was there when we needed him, to answer our questions, etc. Great person to work with, plus he likes hot sauce! More
