This dealership will Rip you off. Their used vehicles are Junk and they do not disclose any information of accident or mechanical history. Check your paperwork well because they will state fees and finance charges and amounts and then when you sign the paperwork the numbers magically change. They will try to pass right over their scams and rush you through the buying process. The management is rude and unwilling to work with customers with their complaints. Both of the dealerships should be closed down. Since the purchase of my vehicle 4 months ago I can not believe how many people have told me how they have had the same issues or worse issues with the dealerships. BUYERS THIS IS A BIG BEWARE!!! I have bought 4 vehicles from them in the last 6 months. I have never had a problem. They seem to always have inventory and I have never not found what I am looking for. They all have good days and bad days, just like we do. But in the end it is the willingness of the staff to make things right. I will continue to buy my new and used cars here. More

Got quote for alignment for $99. 00 picked up vehicle and was charged $129.99 added whole bunch of extra fees . Average price for alignment in area was $79.95 so I figured $20.00 doll 00 picked up vehicle and was charged $129.99 added whole bunch of extra fees . Went there Monday, January 3rd with the intention of buying a new vehicle. Worked with a great salesman for about 2 hours before deciding on the exact vehicle we wanted. Upon making that decision I spoke with the salesman, Brandon Hicks and the Sales Manager, Ron Roppolo. I offered my trade to them for inspection and asked if I could go to lunch while they evaluated my trade. Without hesitation I was told to go ahead to lunch and they would take care of everything when I got back. I returned 30 minutes, handed my trade keys to the salesman and sat down at his desk to begin the buying process. Within a minute I was told the vehicle I had agreed to purchase minutes earlier had been sold. Needless to say, I left immediately. They didn’t even get my name or contact information. Of course, I was intent on purchasing a new vehicle so I drove to a competitor dealership and purchased the same model, with better options of course, within a few hours of my terrible experience with the Crystal Staff. When I told the story to the dealership I purchased from they were shocked at the treatment I received from Crystal Dodge. As someone that buys cars frequently, I can assure I will never purchase anything from Crystal Dodge. More
The initial presentation was very good and the purchase was made quite easily with my salesman, Joe Sylvia, and Jay in Finance. My purchase was a CPO 2020 Ram 1500 that I'm very happy with. I mistakenly thought that Joe had put the paperwork for the transaction in the glove compartment, when in fact, it was just the registration. No problem I figured. I called Joe to let him know that I didn't have my information and he said he'd follow up on it. I didn't hear back, so I called him again, left a message and didn't hear from him. Eventually I called him to remind him that I still had none of the information for the transaction. Additionally, the temporary registration expired and I wanted him to follow up on that. He did return that call and left a message explaining that the out of state registration was handled by another company and he had no control over that. Surely there is someone at Crystal who can track that. It didn't happen and I'm driving an unregistered vehicle. He told me I'd have to call Finance to get the copies of the paperwork I don't have. I did put a call in to Finance and never received a return call. I've called Ron Roppolo, Sales Manager three days in a row, I carry my phone with me everywhere I go and haven't heard back. Today I called Ryan Young, General Sales Manager and haven't heard from him. I can't imagine why Joe never followed up to minimize the problems. I have noticed in previous reviews that the person responding asked unhappy customers to call (352)597-1265. What's the point, they won't take or return phone calls. Why aren't they reaching out to their customer? There were three recalls that weren't done while the truck was at Crystal. I had to have them done at a dealership in South Carolina. Now I'm wondering if the oil was even changed before I bought the truck. The sales transaction was great, but customer service after the sale is definitely lacking. More
