Dominic, Hello, this is Jason the service director from Curry Honda service department. I wanted to reach out and see if we could speak about your service visit. I did as much research as I could to see what it was that might have been an issue. I see in the video Andrew had reviewed the tire/alignment specs on the TV screen with you. I looked at the inspection form, and the alignment was the only recommended service from the technician. I wanted to let you know I looked through the entire vehicle history, it is overdue 5 years and 12,000 miles for a transmission fluid change. The engine coolant and brake fluid also have not been changed according to our history and the vehicle has been coming here since 2017. We have to advise you and all customers about overdue and needed service as we are the dealer. If we didn't and you had a catastrophic failure with a transmission or engine, that would fall on us for not doing our jobs letting you know what the manufacturer recommends for the vehicle. I am not sure if he was recommending these items? Please reach out to me personally if I can be of any assistance helping answer any questions for you or your wife.
