From the very beginning, our sales representative Jennie Huang was outstanding. I simply texted her the model, color, and trim we were looking for, and she immediately understood our needs. Jennie was extremely knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and moved quickly to order the exact vehicle we wanted. The delivery was impressively fast, and she guided us through every detail of the car with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Her support made the entire process smooth and enjoyable — we truly appreciate her exceptional service. I also want to recognize Senober in the finance department. She was professional, personable, and very skilled at explaining everything clearly, which made the paperwork process easy and stress-free. What should have been a routine oil change and tire rotation, in and out in under 90 minutes, has turned me off from ever using this location for anything. I already referred people to other dealers when looking to buy based on the brief experience I had here (and why I bought elsewhere), but will now tell everyone to avoid this place for service as well. I have used this location for every service but 2, since buying my vehicle. They charged me for services that were not rendered, which I only noticed because I am very particular about my vehicle (all things really), and quickly saw the tires weren't rotated. They also stole a quarter from my center console. The long version of events follow below. The service went as quickly as expected, getting a text right about 90 minutes in that everything was ready. I pay, get my paperwork, and head to my vehicle. Immediately I notice that one of my wheel/tire is in the exact spot it was before the service. This wheel has a very subtle difference from the other 3; if you know the difference it immediately stands out, but most people will never notice it. I aired down my tires this morning, as they were overinflated due to the increase in temperatures, so I know very well where that wheel was. It was the same spot after they were supposedly rotated. I went back inside and let the advisor, Martin Khai, know about the tires. We walked to the vehicle together, I explained the difference of that one wheel from the other, and how it was in the same spot as before. He said he would talk to service leadership, get it rotated and would be set within 15-30 minutes. True to his word, I get a call in 20 minutes. He said they did an "x rotation originally, which is where the confusion came from." For those that don't know, a tire rotation should involve *all* tires changing position, especially an AWD car. Any quick internet search will show multiple rotation patterns, including the X, and they all involve every wheel and tire moving position. I told Martin that wheel and tire did not get rotated and walked out. When I go back to the car, the wheels and tires have changed position; the service paid for has finally been rendered. I leave to go to the store and realize that a quarter I keep on the center console is missing - I keep it there for trips to Aldi. I put it in the front-left corner, and penny in front-right, while stopped at a traffic light on the way to the service center this morning. The penny is where I put it, the quarter is gone. I am very much a "place for everything and everything in its place" person, so I know what's supposed to be where. The quarter isn't there. I get to the store, park, and just to be sure, search throughout the vehicle in case it was bumped out of place. The quarter is gone, but everything else in my vehicle is where it should be. I contact my service advisor, Martin Khai, and let him know that the quarter was taken. I do get a quick response that states: "We haven't had any concerns with theft in our service area. It's possible that the quarter may have been knocked or displaced. -- Martin Khai" I know my vehicle, I know where I do and don't place things in there and elsewhere. I know how to search my vehicle. However, I humor Martin and search one more time throughout the car, and find yet again there is no quarter in the vehicle, when there was this morning. I let him know the quarter is not there, yet the penny is, that it's the principle of the matter (not the 25 cents) especially after they tried to get away charging for a tire rotation without completing that service. I requested a call from management, and will add an update to this review if there is one with the outcome. More
