Cutter Ford Mitsubishi - Service Center

I am very pleased with my experience with the Cutter Ford Truck Center. My truck air conditioner is blowing cold air again and the repairs were completed sooner than expected. I was very happy that my truck was cleaner than before the repairs were done, (the oily film was wiped off from the glass and the floor matts were free of debris and oil). The Service Advisor Joanie Ishiki was very helpful and easy to deal with and provided me with email confirmations as well. Job well done! Didn't think I'd get my truck back by that afternoon. My second service visit went extremely well because the service staff went into "above and beyond" mode when I showed up thinking that I had an appointment.
