What an experience. .. I live in New Jersey and well too far away to frequent this dealership, and that's a xxxx shame because it's head and shoulders better than any .. I live in New Jersey and well too far away to frequent this dealership, and that's a xxxx shame because it's head and shoulders better than any dealer I have in my area. A week ago Sunday, my family was on its way to Lake Placid when it encountered a transmission issue outside of Lake George. We have the car towed to D'ella Honda so they can take a look at it. Jody called me first thing Monday morning to check in and let us know that she was going to have the car have looked at. It ended up being a very serious and costly issue (transmission replacement). Her willingness to work with us to come up with a solution that worked for us was a huge deal for us and well above what I expected from a dealer. Even better, she work came in below the cost estimate by several hundred dollars (after saving us several thousand dollars through a more cost-effective but reliable option) and the turnaround time was fast. She knew our family was up in the Lake George area and knew they had to head back so in addition to coming in well ahead of expectations, she was able to get us a loaner car so we could get to/from the area, saving us an additional several hundred dollars. Consider the fact that we were 200 miles from home with serious car trouble and in a position where a dealer could have seriously jammed us up. Not only did we receive the opposite, we received top level service, great communication and someone that over-delivered more than I could have expected. Jody, thank you so much for the service. Even if I wish we could have done business under different circumstances, you took a way a lot of the stress and aggravation. Thank you for that. More

I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned, certified 2021 HR-V at Della Honda this past week. My sales person was Justin Matteson. He had called me prior to a scheduled service appointment for certified 2021 HR-V at Della Honda this past week. My sales person was Justin Matteson. He had called me prior to a scheduled service appointment for my 2016 CR-V to ask if might be interested in a trade-in. He was very informative about my options and zeroed right in on the type of new/used car that I said I would consider. Within minutes he had a wonderful vehicle for me to test-drive, and he skillfully explained all the features. After the test drive, he presented information about the value of my trade-in and what a price would be to purchase the "new" one. Ron Williams, the Business Manager, assisted, The deal seemed reasonable, and I accepted the offer and put a deposit on the HR-V. Two days later, I was back to pick it up, purchased a maintenance/warranty plan, and I'm happy driving it! More

Jody and the desk people are super, including Roger the new guy. Over the years only one glitch on the actual work done: an incredibly expensive side mirror replacement. I think that problem was due to lack of expertise at either the regional or national level, when contacted by the local staff about a strange camera problem. This is the only bad experience in 15 years, however. More
