Responsive, Not-pushy, Problem Solver I called D&M just to check out 1 more alternative for replacing my car which was close to it's lease expiration. I wasn't committed to D&M - or anyone else, and I didn't have to do anything quickly. George listened to my situation, was extremely responsive, and creatively came up with several attractive alternatives for me. I never felt pressured. I ended up with a vehicle (a Jeep) that I had not initially considered with lease terms that fit my situation. George listened carefully to my needs, was not pushy, worked around my tight schedule, and was very friendly. He came up with a solution that addressed all the issues I presented to him. George delivered the new Jeep to my home in the evening after normal work hours. He spent tons of time with us (my wife and I) and also spent time reviewing my wife's car situation; her dealer lease expires in 6-9 months. My wife most likely will work with George when her lease expires. I'm very pleased with the experience, like my new Jeep, and will continue working with George in the future. More
