Took 23 civic with 15,000 miles in for a new wheel bearing. Waited almost 3 hours. Got in the car and left. Car still making the same noise. Immediately took it back. They looked at it and said they m bearing. Waited almost 3 hours. Got in the car and left. Car still making the same noise. Immediately took it back. They looked at it and said they mistakenly replaced the wrong side. Scheduled another appt for 10 days later. Took car in again. Had work done. Left and car still making noise PLUS a new noise of scraping metal on the side they replaced. Now it’s been 3 weeks and two visits. Taking back for a third time in the morning! Pissed is an understatement. I have zero confidence in this place. More

On February 8th, 2024, the battery on our 2018 Honda Pilot died. At least the car was in our garage. It was the original battery that was in the car when we bought it new at the end of July 2018. When I lifted the hood, I could just see a small portion of the battery. I can see the shocked look on your face! I called your service department and immediately Conner answered. I presented my quandary. He said, “ no problem, I can talk you through removing the stuff covering up the battery”. It is at this point I giggled because he doesn’t know me and cars! He told to do this and that. He knew what the was talking about, then told me to look some other place. He giggled, I laughed. At this point, I think he knew he had a fool at the other end of the line. What a great employee you have, patient AND smart. Finally, he gave me his cell number and had me FaceTime him. We both realized that we would be approaching the supper hour soon, if not doing something different. I’m almost done. That was the “magic bullet”. He could now see under the hood as I could. Through Conner’s EXCELLENT guidance, patience and knowledge, I could finally see that $;&$ illusive battery. Your service department is the best we have ever encountered, and Conner is a big reason why!! We are even to pay our bill! Well, that’s a lie. Your folks are busy all the time answering phones, setting up appointments and sometimes going the extra mile FaceTiming “car idiots”. Connor saved me having to call Roadside or AAA. You should be very proud to have Connor in your organization. Dave Custis More
