Got the car back after 4 service attempts. October 16, Oct 28, Nov 7, Nov 8. Still not resolved. I filed a claim with NCDS.

D Patrick replaced two wheel bearing, two tires, and did an alignment. Took car to a different Honda service and they said it’s the REAR wheel bearing! This is now 6 different days I’ve had to spend my time dealing with a brand new car. Won’t buy another Honda because they can’t provide service work!

They are always great! The only complaint is they are hard to get into for a service. I always liked getting oil change coupons in my email. I don’t get those anymore. More
