My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
Freddy had met us when we walked in the doo with such a warm and friendly smile. I felt that he was a friend and not a salesperson. We looked at the Nissan trying to decide which model we would like to lease. We have been leasing Nissans for 14 years since we moved to NJ.

Freddy walked with us at each model and explained different things about each car. I felt that was such a good service. Most salesmen leave you alone to search for yourself. We decided that we liked the Rogue which Freddy then let us test drive the car. Which we liked very much and are currently leasing thatcar.

I hope that down the road when it's time for us to lease another Nissan that Freddy will still be working for Nissan. There is really so much about his personality and that smile really gets you.

Please pass my comments about him to the manager at the dealership so other salesmen will take some advise.

My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
Great service, they understood my needs, quick service, little haggling, drove off with my new car! I love the convenience of the location! I loved the showroom! They had a great waiting area with vending machings and flat screen tv. Large staff, clean and friendly. Brian Showers was a wonderful salesman. Took me for my test drive, explained the car's safety features and even showed me under the hood! He was wonderful, and it was a pleasure doing business with him and your establishment. Thank you.

Overall my car buying experience at DCH was excellent. Seth, the salesman I dealt with was very friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions. He wasn't too pushy and even followed up with a phone call after my purchase to find out how everything was going. I was able to find a great car for what I felt was a great price. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definately do future business at DCH Freehold Nissan.

My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
After at least 3 phone calls, I confirmed that I wanted a 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe 2.5 S without any packages. I asked for a total price without tax. They told me the price and I was more than happy to drive more than an hour to the dealership. Only to be told that there was a misunderstanding using relay service interpreters (I'm deaf) and them, they thought I wanted a 4 door. I told them how can this be? There was at least 3 phone calls and I remember clearly confirming many times, that I wanted a COUPE or 2 doors, I know I said it numerous to make sure I don't waste more than an hour to get there! They didn't even offer to reimburse me for gas.

Obviously there was a big miscommunication on our part. I would like to apologize for the dealership having you drive here and as you put it and waste your time. I would say that the price you received from the manager on duty when you arrived was an effort on his part to make up for all the confusion. Let me know if you want to take advantage of the price you were quoted on the Altima Coupe. In the meantime please allow me to reimburse you for the gas and any tolls that you had to pay. Just send me a gas & toll receipt.

My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
My experience at DCH Freehold Nissan was an outstanding one. Shay Patten is an extremely friendly and knowledable salesman. Shay was upfront and honest when answering all of my questions. I never felt any pressure to buy a vehicle, my decision was only made after I was given all of the straight facts.
Other dealerships throw around vague numerical figures in an attempt to make you think you're receiving a great deal when in fact they're conning you. I gave Shay my budget and he came back with some hard figures printed on an easy to read chart.
That NEVER happened in any other dealerships I've been to.
Reading the figures and payment plans in plain english sealed the deal for me.
I leased a beautiful 2010 Nissan Altima 2.5S Coupe at a reasonable price.

I have leased 3 cars with them and this time I wanted to purchase a hard to find
Xeterra Off Road model. Sal, the sale manager, really went the extra step to locate this vehicle for me. It took two weeks but I was very happy with the car and price. All the people there I had to deal with were just outstanding.If you want a Nissan this is the dealership to go to.

Dealing with DCH NISSAN was by far a much better experience than my wife and i have experinced in many years. They were very competive with price, superior knowledge of the vehicles, willing to work with all aspects of the deal, and did not add the normal salesmen ship pressure we have had in the past. After leaving the dealership, my wife and I felt like we got a fair deal with greater service than we had been used to. Thanks to everyone at DCH Nissan.

I walked in with a problem with my current lease- about to go over mileage with 4 months left. Jim Small went the distance and got me a deal that I could not be happier with. He was knowledgeable and empathetic. Once the paperwork was done the delivery coordinator Travis did a great job- even going so far as to link both of our phones to the Bluetooth for our drive home. Just an outstanding experience. Thanks again Jim.

My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
I've travelled a distance (45 mins drive) to this dealership passing over a handful of closer dealerships. It was worth the trip. I had a pleasant experience from initial contact of dealership (via email from Chris) to pickup of vehicle. All staff (especially Ed) were friendly , professional, and responsive to customer from beginning to end. Best yet, they give you a great deal with no strings attached. I put a down payment (fully refundable) and came back 2 days later to close the deal and pick up the vehicle. They prepared the documentation and the vehicle so that there was minimal waiting on my part. The delivery coordinator, Rolando took his time to explain all the functionality of the sophisticated vehicle to ensure that I was comfortable with operating the vehicle and using the controls. Their service is unsurpassed. I've been burned before from a previous purchase (not mentioning the name of the dealership near Woodbridge, NJ). But DCH Freehold Nissan has changed my perspective of car dealers. I'm completely satisfied and would highly recommend DCH Freehold Nissan to anybody.
