My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
Gary was great and friendly and funny. I have dealt with Freehold Nissan and I trust them and they always worked with me that's why we always come back. We leased a beautiful 2010 Maxima and I luv it. They had someone to teach us how to do all the tech stuff in the car so we can understand how it worked. Very happy with the over all experience of the Nissan dealer.

My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan.
Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!

I read review of DCH Freehold Nissan on this website and decided to drive all the way from Piscataway, about 30 miles, to buy a new car. The long trip was every bit worth it. I had an excellent, and I should say, a very unusual experience. Unusual because this experience was unlike any other I have had at other dealers. I felt no pressure to close the deal, no haggling over price and everyone in the dealership was very courteous and professional.

My salesman was Mark Weber, who I think is the nicest and most professional of salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a very courteous and calm manner. He did not rush me into making my decision and let me take time with all the details. I bought my car because of him.

Thanks Mark for a great car buying experience.

I have given this dealer the highest rating particularly for a great car buying experience.

My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
Sharif was a good internet salesman. James was my contact person when I came to the dealership. He did his job well, as did Travis when he explained the features of the car, when I took delivery the next day. Sam did the paper work without any problems.
I had a good experience and if the car does as good of a job as these people did, I will be back and to buy again, when I need another car.

I was very pleased with the service I got from my salesman, Elliot Feiden. I had called to make an inquiry on a lease & he got back to me quickly with several different options. He also got me the color car I wanted, which wasn't in stock @ this dealership.
I called to pick up the car a day early, & it (& the paperwork) was ready for me when I arrived. Customer service was excellent!!

Friendly and very pleassant experience. The salesman were not pushy or arrogant at all. They are easy to talk to and you feel as though you are talking to a friend rather than a salesman that just wants to take your money and run. Their service dept is excellent as well. I have a Nissan dealer near me, but I make the trip to Freehold because of thier service. Couldn't find a complaint if I could.

My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
This was our third transaction with Howie Salka and Chris Murphy, and of course DCH Freehold Nissan, in the past year. This dealership goes out of its way to make a buyer or prospective buyer feel as if his or her business is truly valued (which it is!). This time we purchased a 2010 Maxima SV. Howie Salka, as he was in the previous 2 instances, was his usual professional and helpful self, particularly during the negotiation process. Chris Murphy, the sales manager, was also very friendly and helpful and made sure that we were comfortable with the deal and understood the details. Travis Dunst was terrific in explaining/demonstarting the key vehicle features, and in fact programmed/synchronized one of our cell phones with the Blue Tooth system.

We enjoyed doing business with the DCH Freehold Nissan team and highly recommend them.

this dealership is pretty good. and peter kelly was a great sales man very nice not at all pushy, and the best part is he got me an amazing deal, he also went out of his way to clean and touch up my car, excellence is the only word i can describe that salesman. he also made me feel comfortable unlike a lot of other dealerships. i would definetly recommend him to anyone i come across looking for a car keep up the great work and dedication, thanx pete.

sheriff what can i say about that guy thats not already obviouse. very dedicated employee, he put in a good word for me and got me treated very good. hes very kind and just a cool guy again not pushy but very concerned. he followed up with me and even tied money in my car for good luck. i swear these two guys deserve a raise or something they are outstanding individuals and i thank them and greatly respect them.

My Review of DCH Freehold Nissan:
I am a very happy repeat customer, and as usual all I have to say is "What a pleasurable experience!". I had my 3 yr old with me and everyone went out of their way to make the experience great for her as well(balloons, coloring books, cartoons on tv). After test driving many cars, sitting in the dealership with Mommy untill our car was ready she still had a smile on her face! That says alot about the people who work there!!
Pete Kelly was my salesman, and I can honestly say he went the extra mile to help me find the perfect car for my needs (which was no easy task because I was very much torn between the altima and rogue). I ended up with 2009 Altima, and I love it!!
Mike handled my lease return quickly and efficiently. Sam had me in and out of the finance office very quickly, which was wonderful. Barry Cottrell took the time out of his very busy schedule to help me get into the perfect car. And Travis went over every inch of my new car with me, to explain and demo the options for me.

All in all my trip to the dealership was stress free and comfortable. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family for sure.
