Della was great working with on price and on trade in value that closer dealerships to me did seem to care. Everything went smoothly and everyone was great to work with. We did end up buying both a Cross value that closer dealerships to me did seem to care. Everything went smoothly and everyone was great to work with. We did end up buying both a Crosstrek and a Forester the same day. The only thing that I would like to see changed is that they undercoat the car with out your knowledge/approval. I did not look under it and that is on me. It appears to be a rubber undercoating and that is not something that I would ever want on my car. Rubber undercoating can crack and cause salt and water to stay under it. I was not charged for it but I still feel if I am buying a new car then I should be the one to determine whether they undercoat it or not. Without the option to not have it installed I probably will not purchase another vehicle there. More

Della was great. Unlike other dealers in Vermont they where willing to negotiate over phone/text and email and honor the lease special that Subaru was advertising. Unlike other dealers in Vermont they where willing to negotiate over phone/text and email and honor the lease special that Subaru was advertising. Other dealers I tired to use in VT all tired to dismiss the deal and add "extras" they would not negotiate. Della team realized I knew what I wanted and could honor it. In the end other dealers came in with better deals than Della but I stuck with them because they were trustworthy from the start. Not always is the best price the best "value". If you are looking for a car please check the Della team as part of your search. Thanks Dustin and Team! More
