Then, after we’d purchased it and were picking it up, I am giving her 5 stars because she went above and beyond for us to get a great deal on a Rav4. Then, after we’d purchased it and were picking it up, she gave a very detailed lesson on how all the functions worked. She was so knowable that I was so surprised how much we learned from her. And I already own a Rav4. On the dealership side I can’t really review as we didn’t interact with anyone else. However, I had tried for a few days to get information from a different salesman about online listings. Initially he’d respond. Then he stopped responding to my emails and sent generic replies that weren’t filled in. Luckily we happened on Heather who was so great to work with. Def go with her. More

Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Heather from Della Toyota in financing my first SUV. Like many people, I entered the car dealership with some anxiety, as buying a new vehicle can be Heather from Della Toyota in financing my first SUV. Like many people, I entered the car dealership with some anxiety, as buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful and uneasy process. Heather instantly put me at ease, showing clear determination in finding the perfect vehicle to suit my needs, at a cost I was comfortable with. At no time did she ever come off as pushy or like a stereotypical car salesperson. She has remarkable knowledge, interpersonal skills, and charisma, ensuring at no point did I feel worried or uncomfortable. The same can be said of Mitch Danussi from the finance department. I expected he would pressure me into all the bells and whistles I had neglected to budget for. Instead, he displayed thorough knowledge of each available add-on, while efficiently breaking down the pros and cons for each. The whole process took roughly an hour, and I went home with an SUV I am absolutely thrilled about. I can't recommend the team at Della Toyota highly enough! More

Went in 3 weeks ago to talk with them on a used car that was 15k and told them my life story and hardships and was straight forward with everything. And they reassured me that they could work with me and fi was 15k and told them my life story and hardships and was straight forward with everything. And they reassured me that they could work with me and find me a bank etc...so i left a deposit on the car to hold it so it couldnt be sold i was told...so now 3 weeks later with absolutely no word of what was going on and i even stopped in and was given the run around in the week #1 and they said they had to have more time as they were talking to banks etc...so i left with a small amount of hope id hear word in few days but nope not 1 word via messages,emails,phone calls nothing!!!...so today i went and talk to the lady who intern had to go in the "back" and talk to her boss and then came back to tell me its a no go for them to find anyone to work with me and they did give me back my deposit $ without hassle..but very short with me and couldnt run me out of there fast enough when i asked why they never called me to talk or nothing? And when i asked why the car i paid a deposit on was being used to deliver parts in and had a dealer plate on it and filthy dirty inside n out they ignored me when i pointed that out and said my peace when i walked out...poor bussiness all around to do to a local ...il never go back or support a della dealership .... More
