This Infiniti dealership continues to lag behind with its online appointment system. After weeks of waiting for approval with no response, I finally called in. Unfortunately, I was disconnected during the fi online appointment system. After weeks of waiting for approval with no response, I finally called in. Unfortunately, I was disconnected during the first transfer, and my second call went to voicemail. To their credit, someone called me back and immediately scheduled a next-morning drop-off with a loaner vehicle, which was outstanding service. However, communication remains a weak point. Even though I had an appointment, there were no clear instructions after dropping off my keys. I sat waiting for 15–18 minutes before asking when a service advisor would help me. Meanwhile, I began receiving text prompts to register online—while I was still sitting in the waiting room. I was told my vehicle would likely be ready the next day. With no updates by mid-afternoon, I called at 3:30 p.m. and was told the car would be ready in an hour after washing and cleanup. Unfortunately, when I picked it up, the car was not cleaned and a door handle faceplate was not properly reattached. The staff was professional and the loaner vehicle process was smooth, but for the pricey invoice, the overall service experience did not quite match expectations. With improved communication and attention to final details, this dealership could easily deliver a five-star experience. More
I always receive superb customer service from Chris Fisher. I’ve been receiving client services since 2018 and have never been disappointed, today I picked up my vehicle and was saddened and surprised Fisher. I have always had my vehicle serviced with you. I had tie rods replaced and alignment and the steering wheel no longer lines up when you are driving straight, the wheel is cocked over to the right I had tie rods replaced and alignment and the steering wheel no longer lines up when you are driving straight, the wheel is cocked over to the right and needs to be corrected the next time I come to get it serviced, at no charge. Chris is always excellent and knowledgeable and the ladies out front make you feel right tab home. I was met promptly by a service member as I arrived.
