Overcharging on parts prices well above the MSRP. 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit card. No one called me to tell me my car was ready. I’ve been a customer of Dick Smith since I bought my first Infiniti in 2004, 21 years and I don’t think my next car purchase will be an Infiniti. While Nissan is undergoing a corporate restructure to save it from bankruptcy, the service shouldn’t fall off as much as it has. Long wait times, no loaners available, severe price gauging on parts, hourly rate has skyrocketed to $225/hr for service, it’s ridiculous. More

I was really upset because I originally scheduled with Nissan rather than Infinity at 7:15 and to find out their mechanics don't come in until 8am. I started out at Chris very rude, but he was trying to help solve my issue by giving me a rental to go back to work when I was actually fed up. I am a Chickfila Executive and was on a schedule. Chris definitely convinced me after I slowed my role and listended to him. I was out the door in about 15 mins or so. This is not my first experience with Chris and this dealership. Every experience is actually top level! I definitely would recommend this service center to anyone! Chris Fisher is definitely a gem. More

Chris has been my service representative for 13 years. I’m on my fourth Infiniti and always had excellent service that is quick and reliable. The staff does a great job of getting people in quickly so the I’m on my fourth Infiniti and always had excellent service that is quick and reliable.
