Terrible service Car has been there since 12/27/16 and no phone call on status of car and no loaner provided. She was very rude. I heard her complaining to the employee's and making smart remarks to them. She acts like she doesn't want to be at work. Service tech scheduled my appointment for an oil change on a day that the shop was back logged with other vehicles that needed to be serviced ahead of mine. Had my car for the whole day and it sat in the l on a day that the shop was back logged with other vehicles that needed to be serviced ahead of mine. Had my car for the whole day and it sat in the lot without being looked at. No courtesey call to even let me know it wouldn't or couldn't be serviced that day. No call back after leaving message on voicemail. He should have told me there were "a few guys out on vacation" and that they were behind even before scheduling my appointment. Total waste of time.
