I spoke with my service provider regarding the error in the final price, but he (Mr. Michael Brown) wasn't interested in correcting it. Disappointing! Before servicing, my service manager gave me an amo the final price, but he (Mr. Michael Brown) wasn't interested in correcting it. Disappointing! Before servicing, my service manager gave me an amount for a military discount, and I was also told that the amount for the diagnostics would be deducted from the final bill. When my truck was returned, I asked for the bill. The front desk receptionist gave an incorrect amount for the military discount, which I told her was incorrect, so she went to the service manager to verify the corrected amount. After paying, I noticed that the diagnostic analysis was added in to the bill. I asked for a correction. I showed the service manager where that amount was added in but should not have been. He told me that they took an hour from the labor, but the numbers didn't add up. I asked him to show me. He couldn't. He went back and got the original quote and tried to justify it but again, the numbers didn't add up. I tried to show him the mistake, and he wasn't interested. He simply told me that you've gotten a larger military discount, so Infiniti isn't giving another offer. It's disturbing that Infiniti (he made sure to announce that he spoke on Infiniti's behalf) made one promise but did not honor it. After a long discussion, he still didn't return my money back. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! In addition to all that, when I asked to see paperwork to show and verify that the error was corrected, the service manager told me that Infiniti doesn't do that. I asked him how can I be certain that the problem is corrected? He said because the item on my truck was changed. I asked him if they could hook the diagnostics back up just so I'm sure and he told me no, Infiniti doesn't do that. I said look, I'm spending a lot of money, and I just want to be sure. After a lot of discussion and him finally looking thru the paperwork, he found what I asking for. It's very DISAPPOINTING that he was so quick to say no without even checking. I asked what the warranty is, and he gave a guess. I asked if he could give me some documentation (again, I've spent a lot of money) and I was told by the service representative he would hand write it and sign his name. I told him that I didn't think would work should something go wrong. Anyway, I convinced him to look it up and print me a copy, he found it online.
