Mike Diaz Received exceptional service from Mike and Mr. Fernandez of the finance department. I've been on the search for my Chrysler 300 S for the past few mon Received exceptional service from Mike and Mr. Fernandez of the finance department. I've been on the search for my Chrysler 300 S for the past few months. I've visited 5 different dealerships throuought and have had terrible experiences at 50% of them. I had been lied to about availability after making hour long drives. I was even told that the exact car I wanted at one dealership was there and for me to come in just to find out they didn't have anything I was looking for and hadn't even received any Chrysler 300 S's yet this year! The guys at Dadeland fixed that and Mike changed my entire experience around. He was honest from day one and I respect that. He was upfront and had great follow up throuought the entire process. Being in sales myself I respect the man Mike is and the car business can definitely use more people like him. Eugene from the finance department was amazing as well and thorough in his process. He's a guy of great character which I aslo respect. Definitely a pleasure to work with. More

Service department is good sales Ricardo is a proven liar I only gave this place a great review last year to get what I needed to have them finish the deal. Because, Ricardo said if I give him a good review I only gave this place a great review last year to get what I needed to have them finish the deal. Because, Ricardo said if I give him a good review I can swap the rims from my trade to the new jeep. He would not let me swap the rims until the review was confirmed by Chrysler. They did not pay off my trade until they sold it. Ricardo lied that they did not have a red jeep coming when actually they had one on order. They forced and manipulated me to buy the one in the lot. I tried to do business with them again to see if they would have a change of heart and they wanted to rip me off again Therefore, in the past year they loss two additional sales from me I finally traded in the jeep they sold me to a competitor and had a very sweet deal. Thanks for the aggravation all is good now. But not by you. More
