I brought my vehicle in to address some brake noise and complete any necessary services including an oil change. My service advisor, Stephanie, was exceptional. She was extremely helpful and made sure I understood all the work being performed. I particularly appreciated being kept informed throughout the day on the status of my vehicle. The communication was clear, professional, and much appreciated. I had to go back to the first page of this survey to say this. This survey is all about vehicle sales not the service that I received in the service department. I even specifically stated I had not purchased a vehicle and the survey still asked me about my experience with Sales. I took the time to complete this survey because of the excellent service I received in servicing a vehicle I had purchased in the past and sadly this survey only seems to be concerned with sales of vehicles. On top of that, I was asked to rate specific people that I had zero interaction with and was given the opportunity to write in the name of other people. That seems kind of shameful that you feel the need to highlight certain people and leaders but not the people who are the foundation of your business. I brought my car in for service, Stephanie helped me, explained everything to me, was very attentive and knows her job very well. I expect this survey to be about her, not a bunch of people that I never met. I do want to say that when I purchased my car in 2017, Jorge was my sales guy and even though our interaction was limited to a few hours on that one day, every time I go there for service on my vehicle he comes out of the sales department, greets me and asks me how everything is going. He remembers me, the type of car he sold me and goes out of his way to recognize me and that is what I call excellence in customer service. Your survey needs work, if you’re going to name employees by name in your survey, name them all or you make it look like the ones listed are more important that all of the others. I will continue to come back when service is needed but that is because of Stephanie and Jorge. They are the ones who earned my trust, loyalty and respect. More
