I contacted this dealership for an online purchase of a Ram 2500 that I saw on Car Guru. They ran my credit for financing, I was approved and said they would send the paperwork to finalize the deal. The excuses I received for this breach of trust were nothing short of disappointing. The dealership’s representatives were unhelpful and dismissive, offering weak justifications for their greed-driven decision. Their lack of professionalism and respect for customer agreements was evident throughout the ordeal. This experience has left me feeling deceived and disrespected. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and be wary of their practices. It's a shame to see a dealership prioritize profit over customer integrity and trust. More
