My check engine light was on, so I called Donna Dale in the service department who once again took very good care of me. I took my car in the next morning. I did not have to wait. She was waiting for me w the service department who once again took very good care of me. I took my car in the next morning. I did not have to wait. She was waiting for me when I arrived. I waited in the nice waiting area a little while. They discovered the problem, fixed and told me that there was no charge because GM was covering the repair. (They replaced the purge valve). I could not have been any happier! More
Dealership is ok itself but the service department is by far the worst I've ever had to deal with otther then the girls at the desk. I have had so many issues getting them to address an issue that I finally far the worst I've ever had to deal with otther then the girls at the desk. I have had so many issues getting them to address an issue that I finally went to a dodge Dealership and had it taken care of :( recently went in to a tire rotation and oil change and once again never touched the tires or checked fluid levels other then the oil change. I had my 2021 Colorado serviced this morning. Miss Melanie did a super awesome job of taking care of me and answering all of my questions. I was missing a valve stem cap when I arrived there and Miss Melanie did a super awesome job of taking care of me and answering all of my questions. I was missing a valve stem cap when I arrived there and the gentleman, Mark , that serviced my truck , without me asking , looked for a cap for my truck. It really meant a lot for him to do that for me as well as how Miss Melanie took care of me! Thank you all so much! More
Horrible rude service center Rude service department. First thing out of their mouth was we are a week out for any service. When I asked for a price for a service they gave me a n Rude service department. First thing out of their mouth was we are a week out for any service. When I asked for a price for a service they gave me a number off the top of their head which was 600.00 higher then Another dealership did it for with oem parts. Everyone was rude and grumpy. I also noticed the old service manager from the Chrysler dealership walking around aimlessly. He was a joke there and more then likely a joke at Vaden. I’d rather drive to Savannah or Jax to get service then deal with lazy, rude and disrespectful employees here locally. I guess I shouldn’t of mentioned the warranty work that was needed. Maybe they would of been able to fit me in. Who knows. More

Inadequate Service I've had my 2014 Corvette in for an overheating issue 3 seperate times with zero resolution. The service managers phone call to me the third time was I've had my 2014 Corvette in for an overheating issue 3 seperate times with zero resolution.
