bad but a lady there reconcilled I actually had a bad experience. I was left at Target and was told it would be about an hour. 3 hrs later...no one has called to update me or pick me I actually had a bad experience. My husband got off work to take me to the dealership so I wouldn't be late to pick up our children from school. Seeing how upset I was the lady there was very apologetic, gave me a rental and tried to fix the problem in any way that she could. Because of her....I rate 5 stars. More

Don't do service here!!! Had to get a fuel pump replaced for 2008 Chevy Malibu, they asked $600 for a new fuel pump. I said no, and bought a new one from Advanced Auto parts f Had to get a fuel pump replaced for 2008 Chevy Malibu, they asked $600 for a new fuel pump. I said no, and bought a new one from Advanced Auto parts for $250 less than half the price they asked for. Labor was really expensive to replace it and it cost about $500. Took about 10 hrs to complete the job. Only good part of the whole experience was the service by the service reps who did everything they could to reduce the price of the service, but still was Dan Vaden's fault for the expensive service. Don't go to dealerships for service, and anywhere but here and save money and time! More
