I called you directly, and you weren't available, i had called and spoken to the advisor, and he had informed me it might be a transmission issue, how is it that a brand new car is gi ing issues at 15k miles and i keep having to take to you guys each time, with my time being wasted, no loaner, and then now you're representative trying to give me a 2 months away appointment, am i supposed to run the car to the ground if it does have a transmission issue? Shouldn't you guys be more proactive in fixing an known issue?
