So I had initially given 5 stars, although when I bought the car, they ran my dad's credit and said they couldn't find his credit history, he had 3 cars under his name, two paid off, and when I got my lean the car, they ran my dad's credit and said they couldn't find his credit history, he had 3 cars under his name, two paid off, and when I got my lean for the car guess who's name showed up along my sister's, my dad's. Even after that I didn't say anything, what's done is done, at 15k miles (Ford xlt 2021) it started having issues while reverse, takes several seconds, I called them up, spoke to them, all good, then I take it in they said it wasn't a big deal, it was mechanical they'd refresh the computer, after they did that, they had ordered a part, once it arrives I'll get a call,to be installed and I'd have to bring the car back, the story doesn't end there, I don't get a call for about 2 weeks, I called them, they said it came in, no one had informed me, I took it in, paid tolls again, left the car, had the work done or so they said when I picked it up, asked for the paper work, they said they'd email it after they get ford warranty swap or something. But guess what, never received an email, called them last week, said somewould call back, goes Friday, sat, call them back on Monday, they said my advisor will talk to the mechanic and get back to me, and it's Wednesday, surprise, surprise, no one has called. More
