Bought car 8/3 because it was shaking and rattling. Brought car back two days later for service guy to hear the problem. Called week later was told part is in but DANIELLE had to call to schedule appt. Called following week because no call from DANIELLE. Again told wait for DANIELLE. Following week she calls with an appointment three weeks out!!!!! I just bought the and has not been used. IT WAS A LEMON!!! I THIS CAR WAS NOT PROPERLY SERVICED BEFORE BEING SOLD AND WAITED OVER ONE MONTH FOR IT TO BE FIXED, yet anotuer customer told me he got an appointment in a week!!!! I was told they would email me my work order the next day… STILL NO RECEIPT!!!!! Horrible customer service and DANIELLE NEEDS A SUPERVISOR !!! She obviously cant manage her work load when she receives weekly report of what parts have come in!!!! This id my second time buying from Ford dana and twice something wrong with car!!! I will stick with TOMS FORD!!! Better service not one compliant!!!! More
Car in today for oil change went ok. Parts were ordered 6 weeks ago. Dealer never called to say part was in. When i inquired about the other part ordered they knew nothing about it. The part they had could not b installed because i didnt hv an appointment. I guess i was supposed to make an appointment not knowing if they had the part. Last time car was in dealer for three weeks i never received a call about it. Called 7 times only called back twice. . They supposedly ordered the part today. Unless something changes i wil no return to Dana after these parts r installed. This is not an isolated incident i know others who will not use this dealer. More
