After the car was delivered, and I wanted some extra options added, he went out of his way to make sure that they were done, and done properly. He was most informative in explaining all the processes involved, both before delivery, and then when I took possession of the car. Alex was extremely helpful answering any questions I had, and made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before I took the car home. Heading to this dealership I could not even hope for what I received: from Alex's side - personalized attention to all my requests, great assistance and advice on available options, step by step guidance, no pressure whatsoever (!); i felt that he trully was there to help me choose the car of my dream, not because I was just another customer of his, and overall went above and beyond my expectations; as for Mr. Costa - he is a very knowledgeable professional, who can do magic with the numbers - I never expected to end up with the monthly payments I received thanks to his extra efforts on getting different financing options. Overall, I would give 10 out of 5 for the experience I had at this dealership with Alex and Carlos. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, through the whole process I felt at ease and that I was getting a fair deal. The car I had liked and looked at was available the day I looked at it but when I went back the following day it had sold. Ray quickly located another one and I picked it up 2 days later. When I picked the car up, Ray introduced me to Carlos Costa, the Business Manager, Carlos reviewed the warranty and took the information to register the vehicle. During the time it took for the Registration and plates to be processed Ray introduced me to the Parts and Service departments where they gave me a sincere feeling that they cared about me as a customer.
