I came in with an issue from the place I previously purchase my Jeep. Annmarie and Yvonne did everything thing to accommodate me so I wouldn’t have to come back a week later. Since I live in NY. Generally an excellent dealership. Had an inspection on my car in Mahopac N.Y. Failed was told I needed brakes. After being done I wasn’t sure new brakes were installed, I called your Had an inspection on my car in Mahopac N.Y. Failed was told I needed brakes. After being done I wasn’t sure new brakes were installed, I called your dealership and asked if I stopped by could someone look at the brakes thru the wheels no lift no removal of the tires I was told yes for a $75 fee. I went to Mavis where I was told no charge it’s a 2 minute courtesy our pleasure. Mechanic looked at the car told me the brakes look new and I then bought 4 new tires. This is why 4 stars instead of 5 More
Don't do business with these people. In March of this year, I purchased a "certified Pre-Owned" 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was presented as having new brakes/calipers and tires. 2 week In March of this year, I purchased a "certified Pre-Owned" 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was presented as having new brakes/calipers and tires. 2 weeks later the rear passenger side brake caliper came loose, and my rear tire locked up and the car was undrivable. I had to have it towed to my mechanic who repaired the issue. I spoke with the folks here and was assured they would reimburse me for my out-of-pocket expenses. Well, it's been 3 months and their Director of Preowned vehicles Andre LaPorte has ghosted me. Not only did they put my life at risk but as far as I'm concerned, they committed fraud by selling me a vehicle that was obviously not properly certified. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. More
