Run FROM this company. RUN. I have had the same problem for months with a communications interface. Every. Single. Time the ball is in their court to reach out to me as the RUN. I then call in (AGAIN) and it's an excuse. "We fix cars, we aren't in customer service" is what I just got from one of THE OWNERS in charge of service. Lousy, Lousy Lousy. Buy a car someplace else. Do not do business with these knuckleheads. More

When my C-Max Energi plug-in hybrid died at the beginning of Memorial Day weekend, I knew I was in for a difficult time. I couldn't continue with a loaner from Danvers Ford. But I spoke with Marae Perruzzi a of Memorial Day weekend, I knew I was in for a difficult time. I couldn't continue with a loaner from Danvers Ford. But I spoke with Marae Perruzzi and I was able to buy a recent-model Ford that is also a plug-in hybrid. Took possession in less than 2 weeks. I was happy with the quality of her service, and I'm very happy with my new vehicle. More
