I have shopped at this location for vehicles prior to Darlings purchasing Morrisons. I have to admit that I was hesitant in giving it a try, but since it appears to be all of the same faces, I thought wh Darlings purchasing Morrisons. I have to admit that I was hesitant in giving it a try, but since it appears to be all of the same faces, I thought why not? I'm really glad that I chose to return. Nick (the salesman that greeted me, and ultimately sold me the vehicle) was helpful right from the get-go without jumping on top of me, or being overbearing which is common with car salesmen (In my experience anyway). He was knowledgeable, helpful, and unintimidating. Although I knew he wanted to make the sale (who wouldn't?), I never felt pressured, and even better - I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Overall, I feel like my sale went smoothly and fairly. Nick was always accommodating to me and seemed to be a genuinely nice guy. The other thing that really pleased me was that when waiting in Nick's office, or standing in the common area, I was always either spoken to by another salesperson, or at least smiled at. The group was very friendly as a whole. My time in finance wasn't too long (hooray!). Darren seemed to be very organized, have everything all set for me, and efficient - greatly appreciated. My husband and I had a loaner vehicle to use for an appt. we had while my vehicle was in the shop. The loaner vehicle was a Chevrolet Silverado, my husband was very impressed. We took the vehicle back appt. we had while my vehicle was in the shop. The loaner vehicle was a Chevrolet Silverado, my husband was very impressed. We took the vehicle back and picked up my car. All my husband could do was talk about the truck for the rest of the week. My husband called Darlings and discussed the possibility of trading in his vehicle and price of the Silverado. While I was in Ellsworth doing errands I stopped and gave information that was needed and by the time I left Ellsworth, we now owned a Chevrolet Silverado.
