Double bad the condescending attitude of the employee who said have a nice day when he knew that due to tasca wasting my time a good day wouldn't happen. Your lack of concern and horrific scheduling practices are abhorrent and not only has Tasca lost a customer but I will never buy another Nissan due to the experience I had with this dealership, and it's not a one time experience, more like the third so three strikes and you loose. 7/22/2015 update. Seems Tasca yet again didn't care about the consumer as they conveniently didn't post my review. I hope millions of people see this and don't do business with you or Nissan. You can't only post the reviews you like Tasca, it makes you seem even more lame than originally thought. More

High quality repair service with top-notch customer service As is common with the Rogue, both of my front door lock assemblies broke at around 100K miles. I brought the car in to Ryan for repair and also mentio As is common with the Rogue, both of my front door lock assemblies broke at around 100K miles. I brought the car in to Ryan for repair and also mentioned a funny noise that the car was making. Ryan repaired the doors as planned and called to let me know that a bearing needed to be replaced on the front driver's side wheel. He gave me a price and asked if it was okay for him proceed with the additional repair. All in all, the repairs came in at $25 less than I expected and were all done super fast. He even threw in a car wash at the end of the day! Excellent work, excellent service...maybe the best experience I've had with a service shop. Would highly recommend Ryan and the rest of the team at Tasca Nissan. More

My Nissan Experience I have been buying cars at Nissan of Dartmouth for years now. This is the third com pay that has taken over and regardless what the name is i will con I have been buying cars at Nissan of Dartmouth for years now. This is the third com pay that has taken over and regardless what the name is i will continue to service and buy my vehicles here because of the way i am treated. Kayla has been my sales person for the last four vehicles i have bought and whenever i have an issue i call her directly and she makes sure that the issue is taken care of for me. I recently had a few issues with my Altima and she advised the service manager Tracy of the problems i was having and Tracy took care of everything for me that day. This is what customer service is about and if you go to Nissan in Dartmouth for service or looking to buy a vehicle i recommend asking for either of these ladies. Awesome. And the people there, not just drones, but like real life people. Had a convo with one guy completely unrelated to anything car specific. Great time. Car service was super fast too. When I bought my nissan sedan there though back in Feb, just make sure they havent kept the windows open or the rubber on the doors is cracked otherwise youll find your you have leaks. Easy fix though, they just ordered a new one for me. Will buy my next car from them. Unless i dont want a nissan, but honestly, 34mpg? I mean come on..thats sick. More

Before I went ahead and made an appt. to have the oil changed by the new dealer I called about 2 months later and after the new dealer had taken over. I was told by the service dept it would be honored. I then made an appt. to have it done and when I arrived was told they wouldn't honor it. I said business must be good when they would let a long time customer walk out and NEVER return just because they wouldn't honor this promised service. I will never buy anything from them again. They lie! More
Stay away from this place, I had a horrible experience here. My car has an antifreeze leak and I paid $120 for a written diagnosis and cost to repair. On a sidenote about a month ago I had a different m here. My car has an antifreeze leak and I paid $120 for a written diagnosis and cost to repair. On a sidenote about a month ago I had a different mechanic install a used engine because the previous engine overheated, this mechanic is saying he has no responsibility for the antifreeze leak. I wanted nissan world dartmouth to give me a written report diagnosing the problem and cost to fix it, so that I can use it in my argument against the previous mechanic. Lia called me and explained what the mechanic found, when I get the report I paid for everything is abbreviated, for example it says "clamps, CEL on, cooler f wash system, 920.". I asked Lia if she could please clarify their findings better, for example write instead "needs 4 new radiator clamps, Check Engine Light is on, need to flush coolant system and replace with new antifreeze. Estimated cost to repair is $920.00." I was only asking for her to write what the mechanic found in a more clear way, basically what they already wrote but just clarifying so anyone could understand their report. Lia says to me, "what is it you don't understand, I explained everything on the phone and any mechanic can understand this invoice". I tried explaining how I want to make sure their is no confusion in what the invoice was saying, I believe my request would have taken all of 30 seconds, and I would of left a happy customer. Instead Lia was very rude to me, just snobby and stuck up, saying "for people who decline service this is what they usually get", referring to the fact that I declined to have them work and fix the problem for $920, she missed the fact that I paid $120 for the written diagnosis that I couldn't understand and was only asking her to clarify in writing. They have all these motivation signs up, for example a picture of the ocean, and under the picture it reads something like "customer service is always most important" I want to go there and take those posters off the wall, for such a small request they were rude and denied to help me, I even spoke to the service manager Rick about he, he quickly told me that he would write me an email clarifying the findings, after calling up about five times, the couple times I could actually reach him he says that he already sent the email. I get emails everyday, I clearly spelled out my email address two seperate times to him and he quickly said "sure no problem", I am sure he just brushed me off and did not send any email because I would have received it. This place had some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, they are jerks there and I definitely recommend finding another nissan dealers if possible. More
