Dave Gill Chevrolet, located in Whitehall near Port Columbus Airport, has been proudly serving Central Ohio as a family-owned dealership since 1982. When Dave and Nancy Gill purchased Avery Pontiac that year, the dealership was among the oldest automotive dealerships in the country. Later, Dave Gill Pontiac added a GMC franchise and began selling new trucks. But the biggest change for the dealership came in March 2009, when Dave Gill purchased a Chevrolet franchise. Dave Gill Chevrolet was born. In June 2011, Dave Gill became the first dealership in Central Ohio to adopt Chevrolet's new image for its retail stores. The showroom, customer lounge area, restrooms, and service drive have been completely renovated, making Dave Gill the most modern and exciting retail space for Chevrolet customers in the region.

Tracey was AMAZING! I went in not knowing if I would be purchasing a car from them or another dealership and Tracey definitely won me over. Sold me a HORRIBLE car that left me and my 1yr old stranded walking after 12 days. Power steering rack leak and bad pump. 2200$ repair to fix. 4 days earlier the "new brakes" they put on the car lo stranded walking after 12 days. Power steering rack leak and bad pump. 2200$ repair to fix. 4 days earlier the "new brakes" they put on the car locked up and smoked and I had to have that repaired. When took to a THIRD mechanic for an estimate for rack they told me that there was a ton of oil in the antifreeze which signals a blown/cracked head gasket and the car is basically WORTHLESS. Havent had the car a month yet and it is undrivable, unsafe and 3 different mechanic shops told me that these repairs would have been EXTREMELY apparent when they sold it to me. HORRIBLE that such a "reputable" place would sell such a car to a single mother who used her savings to pay cash for it. On top of it all they have NO REMORSE and offered an estimate with their mechanics WHO KNEW ABOUT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. SMH WOW!!! DONT BUY A CAR HERE!! More

The dealership has been a great place for many years. The sales people are helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer comfortable through the sales process without applying pressure. While the sales manager wasn't able to help, I received a call from another manager Matt Ringlien and he responded very quickly to take care of the problem. Because of the dealership's willingness to make my experience gratifying and their ability to step up and help, it convinced me the dealership is still a great place to go to for sales and service.
