I was forgotten about and sat there was an extra 2 hours. I got there at 10 am and at 1:30 I just happened to check my emails and was notified that my car was finished. The email came at 11:30. I went to the window and they said my car was done and I asked why no one came to let me know. She apologized and gave me $10 off on the wiper blades. At that time I was 1 hour late for work. Gabriel called me 3 times to apologize and said he would detail my car inside and out. I told him no. Then he said he would reverse the charges on the wiper blades. That was never done. I regret getting Car Doc because I’m stuck with your company for another 2 years. More
