I arrived at 8:20 AM for a 8:30AM appointment to mount and balance 4 new tires including an alignment. They took my RAM 1500 back immediately. After waiting 3 hours,11:35 AM, I went to the service manager and balance 4 new tires including an alignment. They took my RAM 1500 back immediately. After waiting 3 hours,11:35 AM, I went to the service manager to see what was taking so long. He told me that they had discovered that there were 2 different style lug nuts and the installer had trouble getting the odd ones off as they didn''t have a tool that would fit it. I did not know there were 2 different types on the truck, however IF they had discovered that as soon as they took the truck back why did I have to wait 3 hours and then ASK what the hold up was? What if I had known about them and actually had the correct tool to fit it? A total lack of communication from service manager. I also didn''t have the alignment done as I had an appointment I had to be at and didn''t have time to wait another hour while it was being performed. There is NO WAY my truck will ever go back to this installer. More

Scott Elmore was very attentive re I had a doctor appointment I needed to keep. Plus oil change, it was time for an inspection . He asked one of the service techs if they could do the inspection, a appointment I needed to keep. Plus oil change, it was time for an inspection . I wanted to acknowledge Chelsea’s work attitude to get it completed with some time to spare and Scott’s concern to help me keep my appointment. More
I had to go to the service department 3 times. Had to leave with the truck again. Finally set up a day, dropped it off 8am, agreed it would be at least 6 hours, I called after 8 to see what was going on, Didn't get the truck back till the following afternoon, i was told they had to get more parts.
