I purchased a vehicle from Davenport Auto Park in Rocky Mount, NC less than a year ago, and it has already experienced a major breakdown. While mechanical issues can happen, the lack of follow-up and communication from the dealership is unacceptable. I called and left two messages requesting a return call, and no one ever contacted me. Customer service does not end at the time of sale, and I expected a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Davenport AutoPark. More

Great experience purchasing from this team. Grayson Davis and the sales manager Matt. were awesome to work with and Grayson took the time to explain the new features of the 2025 Yukon. Buying a car/truck in 2024 can be quite stressful, these three made the experience positive and easy on the customer in every way! My experience with Davenport left alot to be desired. I had shown interested in a vehicle they had listed on their website- after giving information through text messages and a few phone calls- I was ask I had shown interested in a vehicle they had listed on their website- after giving information through text messages and a few phone calls- I was asked to come in for an appraisal on my trade in. After 2.5 hours sitting in the dealership, I was given a low ball price for my trade and told there was no budging. It’s sad in 2024, salesmen still think women are that gullible. The next day I was lucky enough to travel just 25 min down the road to another Honda Dealership were they gave me double for my trade in and were excellent to work with as I purchased a brand new Honda. It’s very hard to shop local and support local business when these are there best practices. Do better Davenport! More
