I purchased a vehicle from Davenport Auto Park in Rocky Mount, NC less than a year ago, and it has already experienced a major breakdown. My experience with Davenport left alot to be desired. I had shown interested in a vehicle they had listed on their website- after giving information through text messages and a few phone calls- I was ask I had shown interested in a vehicle they had listed on their website- after giving information through text messages and a few phone calls- I was asked to come in for an appraisal on my trade in. After 2.5 hours sitting in the dealership, I was given a low ball price for my trade and told there was no budging. It’s sad in 2024, salesmen still think women are that gullible. The next day I was lucky enough to travel just 25 min down the road to another Honda Dealership were they gave me double for my trade in and were excellent to work with as I purchased a brand new Honda. It’s very hard to shop local and support local business when these are there best practices. Do better Davenport! More
