"NEW car towed back to the dealer, repairs made to NEW car..."
I purchased a new 2016 challanger with 83 miles on it, had it only 10 days and it over heated and dropped the plug and all the fluid. Now it is in the shop after being towed back to the dealership. A new car with these kind of issues is not good, had repairs made at the dealer at no cost to me, with a rental car 5 days. Major repairs to a brand new car are still unsatisfactory no matter who is at fault. Chrysler would not step up to the plate and take care of the problem, they left it to the dealer to come up with a solution..Just have to hope this wont happen again ?????????
