My service advisor Dana Violi was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable. Answered my questions fully. I was also shown courtesy and accommodation by Used Car Manager Jason Finley. I had received several phone call and email reminders prior to my visit and an email followup as well as this one which indicates and illustrates the commitment to service by David Dodge.
"Air conditioning woes"
Regular maintenance visits for oil change and tire rotation go well but air conditioner is still not functioning properly. The only relief was winter. This is a situation that must be taken care of before the hot temperatures visit the region.
