Problem solved after my 3rd visit; however immediately upon pickup of my vehicle I noticed a new problem. A loud vibrating noise when I placed the vehicle in reverse. Got my truck in and out in three days for the recall. My tank was hanging they fixed not only what was broke but replaced rear side as well as both tank straps. I like their professional support. I felt low balled on my trade in. Even though it had minor front damage.
