Truck needed alignment so I took to the shop, got it done, sent invoice to Kreg(my sales person) to see if dealer would reimburse for it, he didn’t even bother replying to email or text. When picked up the truck, noticed coolant was low, asked sales person to add some coolant, and he overfilled. This man walked into the showroom floor pointed at me and then pointed to his office. As a black man…. Please know that there is serious emphasis on the word MAN! I felt belittled and very very disrespected. I don’t care if he thought he was being cool, he was rude and blatantly disrespectful. I was told I was waiting hours for the car to be washed and detailed. When I received the car the first thing I noticed was the dust on the dashboard. I could’ve found a way to pick the truck up if it wasn’t being cleaned all that time. I would probably come back to David Taylor only because of the great experiences my coworkers have had with you guys.
