I went in to purchase a vehicle that they did not have on their premises, but I was told they could have it within 3 to 5 days. I was required to give a deposit and told it was to hold the vehicle so no one their premises, but I was told they could have it within 3 to 5 days. I was required to give a deposit and told it was to hold the vehicle so no one else at the dealership could sell it when it arrived. They were never able to obtain the vehicle we agreed on. They then attempted to sell me other vehicles that they could obtain, but they were not the same as the one we agreed on. When I went in to get my deposit back, I was told it was non-refundable. I was never given a copy of the document I signed. I received a receipt the day I paid the deposit and it does not state that it was non-refundable. They did not provide me the service agreed upon. They were very unprofessional and did not follow up with me as they said. Additionally, they continued to try to sell me a vehicle with different options / upgrades / colors based on what they could find. I told them that I was going to look elsewhere. When I went in to get my deposit back, I was told that it was non-refundable. That they had put a lot of time in to this deal and they needed to be paid for their time.
