Not as hoped. I went into the center around 8:10 a.m. There was no one in the service area, another customer had to go look for assistance. The price I was quoted I went into the center around 8:10 a.m. There was no one in the service area, another customer had to go look for assistance. The price I was quoted for just a top off of my AC was high when it can be done with a lot less of a cost than $300. It seems that service has decreased since Nan left for whatever reason. I knew her in LP and then MC. I used to always have a positive experience there, reasonable prices but now it seems to have gone by the wayside. I'm willing to give the place another shot and if it doesn't work then I might end up going to the LP Jeep dealer or in Valpo. Thank you. More

Horrible This dealership service department has completely changed ever since Jamie has left. It absolutely sucks never answer the phone the new people have no idea what they’re doing couldn’t even tell me what my warranty consisted of and covered tried telling me all these fees I’d have to pay which my warranty covered told them what I needed done and did 1/3 of those things had to go get my own keys when my car was just sitting there. I could go on this place absolutely sucks, lost my service and don’t recommend going to the service department. New manager sucks. Not welcoming anymore or professional and friendly. The guys working on car always do a great job! More
