I had a really bad experience with these people and I've been going to them for years now. They did a really bad motor swap on my truck and cause my transmission to burn up. When I picked the truck up after been going to them for years now. They did a really bad motor swap on my truck and cause my transmission to burn up. When I picked the truck up after paying almost 5,000 in cash, it still had a check engine light on and ran very poorly. I didn't know that they didn't fill the transmission fluid after I paid for it. They didn't change my coil packs, oil, sparkplugs, nothing. Just a engine swap. They had zip ties on my hoses. I also took my exes 2021 explorer in for a oil change and tire rotation. They made me wait 4 hours and one of the tires in the rear had less air then when I took it in. I will not ever deal with these people ever again. I sent a professional email to parts department and they didn't even give me the common courtesy explaining what happened. Nothing... terrible service. More

Most dealership service depts have disappointed with high prices and meh service. We are only looking for dealerships now because of a Ford maintenance agreement. This is the highest quality service experience we've had in decades; 1-Tab told us when to arrive for immediate service, 2- they did all the tasks on the agreement. (Sadly this had not been our typical experience) 3- they found another issue, had the needed part and took care of that problem. 4-Tab answered all our truck performance questions. We were in and out with our fully serviced truck, faster than we wait for work to begin in most other dealer service shops! Everyone at Davis Ford Sales was super kind. Wish they were closer to south Texas!!! More
