I absolutely dread going to this dealership, but it’s the only Mazda dealer in town… Tyson is the person I always deal with and I can always count on him to try and get me to spend $1000 on maintenance I pro only Mazda dealer in town… Tyson is the person I always deal with and I can always count on him to try and get me to spend $1000 on maintenance I probably don’t need. He charged me $200 for a software update that I later found out I could have done for free to fix a “problem” that it didn’t fix… I personally have no issues with the service technicians, but if they say there might be an issue somewhere, but then say they won’t do a diagnostic unless I physically pay for it first? That’s kind of ridiculous, don’t you think? I can’t wait to sell my Mazda so I can avoid this place like the plague. More

I spent 1/2 of my day (again) waiting to have my right rear view camera fixed (again) and was told a connection was loose and tightened, but time I arrived home, it wasn’t working again. I paid extra for the camera system when I bought the car and have had to pay for for the right camera to be replaced once already. More
