I traded an Acura RDX A-Spec which I loved, for a Pathfinder SL. The reason being was towing capacity. The SL did not have a tow hitch which would have been a deal breaker. DN said no problem they co Pathfinder SL. The reason being was towing capacity. The SL did not have a tow hitch which would have been a deal breaker. DN said no problem they could put one on. I explained I didn’t want after market. I got text from Shasta saying she made an appointment at U-Haul. I explained again and also sent picture of Nissan Pathfinder hitch. She said that was what I was getting. Well it was not what was put on. I took this up with GM Brian. He apologized and said he would get it taken care of. Well that seems to be bulls@*t. I haven’t heard back in 3 weeks. I will file a grievance with BBB as I paid $350 for half of hitch. Every time I call I get the run around. I should have purchased else where. As for Shasta, turns out just wanted to close the deal. More
