When I arrived at one desk, a gentleman was busy and indicated unpleasantly he would be with me later. A young lady appeared at the other cubicle and quite pleasantly served. I asked her how long my wait would be and she replied an hour. After a few minutes, she approached me in the waiting area and demonstrated the oil, etc., levels and suggested a service that was not due. I declined it and the young lady assented understandably. Before an hour had elapsed, the young lady returned, checked me out, and bade farewell pleasantly. I enjoyed agreeable service, except for the gentleman who was otherwise engaged, and hopefully efficient service. More

I would never use Toyota of Orangeburg again.. I had an appointment for 1230 and sat for 3 hours to be told my car couldn't be align. After 2 hours I decided to ask Shalanda about the status of my car and appointment for 1230 and sat for 3 hours to be told my car couldn't be align. After 2 hours I decided to ask Shalanda about the status of my car and she told me it would be done in 20 minutes. An hour later she told me it couldn't be done. I drove home and a local shop aligned my car with no problems. To make matters worse they kept my wheel locks and to date haven't return them. MY EXPERIENCE AND TOYOTA OF ORANGEBURG WAS HORRIBLE AND I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. I WILL DRIVE TO AUGUSTA, CHARLESTON OR COLUMBIA FIRST. More

Customer service hours not conducive for working people and you have to take time off work to get your car serviced. No weekend hours. When you have an appointment you have to wait because first come first and you have to take time off work to get your car serviced. No weekend hours. MY WIFE AND I WERE ON OUR WAY FROM FLORIDA TO NEW YORK STATE WHEN WE EXPERIENCED CAR TROUBLE IN ORANGEBURG, SC. WE HAD TO GET TOWED TO THE TOYOTA DEALER BEFORE 5 PM WHEN THEY CLOSED. WE GOT THERE ABOUT STATE WHEN WE EXPERIENCED CAR TROUBLE IN ORANGEBURG, SC. WE HAD TO GET TOWED TO THE TOYOTA DEALER BEFORE 5 PM WHEN THEY CLOSED. WE GOT THERE ABOUT 4 PM. THE SERVICE MANAGER VERY QUICKLY GOT US INTO THEIR COMPUTER SO A TECH. COULD START WORKING ON THE CAR. HE GOT RIGHT ON IT AND FOUND THE PROBLEM WHICH HE THEN PROCEDED TO FIX. WE WERE OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP BEFORE 5 PM AND ON OUR WAY AGAIN. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WHICH HELPED US OUT TREMENDOUSLY. PS---OUR VAN WAS LOADED UP---WE SPEND 7 MONTHS IN FLA.---AND ALSO HAD A CAT AND A 85 LB. DOG IN THE VEHICLE. WE FEEL THE DEALERSHIP AND ESPECIALLY THE TECH. WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP US OUT. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change as I have been doing since I purchase the car from Toyota of Orangeburg over a year ago. I noticed that my odometer was cracked a say or so later. I called back to doing since I purchase the car from Toyota of Orangeburg over a year ago. I noticed that my odometer was cracked a say or so later. I called back to notify the personnel that my odometer had been cracked and it wasn't like that when I brought it in. I was then told to bring the vehicle back so the service manager could take a look at it. I really felt that he was trying to fast talk me and also insult my intelligent as if I was lying. I purchase my vehicle with 10k cash money I have been a loyal customer as far as bringing my vehicle in for u guys to service. I deserve more respect then what I given I never had such poor customer services since I've been a customer. More
