On May 9th, I called and spoke with Ms. Shalanda about getting my car serviced that day because I didn't have an appointment. I wanted to know if I could drop my car off and pick it up later. She told m getting my car serviced that day because I didn't have an appointment. I wanted to know if I could drop my car off and pick it up later. She told me of course to bring it. I was only back at my job for about one hour and she called me said it was ready. This was fast and reliable service. More

Koyo has always purchased our vehicles from this dealership and serviced them there. Corporate is now leasing our vehicles through a third party but we still get them delivered through your dealers dealership and serviced them there. The gentleman was sorta quick to answer with a lot of sarcasm, not sure if I would purchase another vehicle from you again. I have purchased 3 vechicles from you in the past and looking to purchase anot sarcasm, not sure if I would purchase another vehicle from you again. I have purchased 3 vechicles from you in the past and looking to purchase another toyota later this year but considering traveling to Columbia or Charleston. At this point I am not sure if I would recommend anyone to you. I brought my Corolla in for the the 20,000 miles service and was given a call saying that I had a nail in the front right tire when I went to pick up my car and I ask the gentleman to show me the spot where the nail was and he was rude and sarcastic. I was greeted by friendly staff who recalled my appointment and quickly reviewed my request. I was escorted to a spacious and comfortable lounge area for the reasonable wait. When done, the service personnel presented me my keys with a printed summary of the services performed and talked through each item. Toyota then proposed the next mileage service schedule for me. My overall rating is good! I came in for my 5,000 miles service. My tires were rotatated and liquids were toped off. Also, I purchased two filters. Ms. Levey was friendly and courteous.
