Bought my car here when it was under bob Richards. They were the nicest people on the planet, good hearted Christians, very welcoming and what not right until they took my money and then it was like they f were the nicest people on the planet, good hearted Christians, very welcoming and what not right until they took my money and then it was like they flipped a 180. Workers are incompetent, I was in the showroom today, sat there for almost an hour being promised someone would assist me, all of this just because someone forgot to do their job in the first place. I'm sorry Reggie I had high hopes but your workers have let you down. I am not aware if the color of my skin or the manner in which I spoke affected any of this, I would certainly hope not, I highly doubt I'd recommend anyone after this experience. More

The sales associate was very friendly and was not pushy. He gave required information as requested by the customer and got the best deal he could without losing the sale. We have lived all over b/c we are military, and we have dealt with all kinds of dealerships and service departments. Toyota of Orangeburg is GREAT! When you make an appointment it isn't just a day to bring dealt with all kinds of dealerships and service departments. Toyota of Orangeburg is GREAT! When you make an appointment it isn't just a day to bring your car in and wait. (a used car that wasn't even purchased from them.) They truly understand the concept of appointment! They meet you at your car and take it to the back. When they say an hour they mean it! They return phone calls, and they are curtious about it. Each time I have taken my car in the technician O.T. has come inside to personally talk to me about the issues. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about cars. He & Teresa tell you exactly what's going on and don't try to add "extras" that don't need to be fixed. They also work to get you the best prices! I could go on and on. It is just so nice to leave a service department happy! This goes for everything from oil change to diagnostics and more detailed work. Thanks so much Toyota of Orangeburg!!! **Would also like to note that Curtis in Sales is also Fantastic! He is a very hard worker! The facility is always neat and clean when I go to talk to Sales or getting service. This is the second Avalon that I have owned.
